We are already halfway through 2017 and it only makes me wonder how fast the time seems to be flying. Do you feel the same? Tasks unfinished, phone calls to attend, emails to respond, new ideas, plans to accomplish hardly leave us with time to pay attention to our food habits and lifestyle. The last thing on our lists is to sleep a little early, not skip breakfast, eat healthy, exercise and see a doctor for whatever major/minor healthy concerns we have. Knowingly-unknowingly, we keep procrastinating on these for we think there are more important things to do.
As another new month begins, here’s a a small step towards staying healthy, while indulging in some yummy sweet treats, guilt-free.
MUESLI FRUIT DESSERT JAR
Pick a pretty looking glass jar and layer the above ingredients – one on top of the other, starting with muesli. Layer it up to the brim. I topped it with grapes, bananas and walnuts. You could choose fruits of your choice and drizzle some honey on top if you like (totally optional). Voila! A super easy-to-make and healthy breakfast/ dessert is ready.
